My Painful Wound!

Ya, I know it is a bit disgusting. But I really want to share with you guys. Last Saturday when we were playing game at church, I ter-hurt my leg by the ping pong table. It's been so many days, but the wound still pain and bengkak. It is still painful. And the surrounding of the wound is still red in colour. How can I cure it?
